High capacity bikes, the law, its relevancy

There has been very negative coverage given to high capacity bikes  As a passionate biker myself, I truly believe that the authorities should ascertain the facts surrounding the relevancy of this law that restricts high capacity bikes in this country.

                the current Sri Lanka laws prohibit the use of motorbikes above 350cc.
